What you get

- We mark every "yes" for you to confirm. They are your statements to make, so you check each one before you use it.
- The policy and the statement come as Word and PDF. The table comes as Excel and PDF.
- The answers come as a spreadsheet. If you send your own .xlsx or .csv sheet, we complete it in that format and add a PDF copy. If you send a Word (.docx) list, or none, our answers come in a new spreadsheet (.xlsx), not in the Word layout.
- One revision, if you ask within ten business days of delivery.

What we need from you
- Answers to a 40-question intake about how your product uses AI. We email the questions after you pay. You answer by reply.
- Your customer's AI questions, if there are any: a .xlsx, .csv, or Word (.docx) file. We can't work from a PDF, and we don't work from shared links. If you have no list, we answer from our own question set.
- Your confirmation that you may share the questions and your answers with us and with our service providers, including an AI provider.
- If your customer's list of AI questions is licensed by its publisher, such as a SIG, check its license before you order. We may decline a licensed list, and if we do, we refund your order in full.
- Please don't send passwords, keys, customer data, source code, or other secrets. We don't need them.
- An AI model helps draft the documents we write. A human security professional reads every custom deliverable before it goes out.
What this is not
- Readiness and documentation work only. Never an audit, an attestation, or a certification.
- Written from your answers. You confirm every statement in it before you use it, and nothing in it says that we checked a control or your setup.
- Not penetration testing or vulnerability scanning. We never touch your systems.
- No promise that a customer will accept what we write, and no promise about any audit.
- An added AI feature, another customer's questions, or more than 60 questions is a new quote.

You pay
On Stripe's page, for a flat fee. We never see your card details.
Step 02
We send the intake
We email you the intake questions after your order comes in. If your customer sent AI questions, attach that file to your reply.
Step 03
The clock starts
Five business days after the day your completed intake comes back to us: your answers, and your customer's questions file if you have one. The day it arrives is not one of the five.
Step 04
We deliver, and revise once
The finished pack comes by email. Ask for your one revision within ten business days of delivery.

- What is in the pack?

- We answer from our own question set instead. In your reply to the intake, paste the topics or sentences your customer wrote and say which matter most.
- What if there are more than 60 questions, or another customer's list?
- More than 60 questions, an added AI feature, or another customer's questions is a new quote. Email us and describe what you need.
- Will our customer accept the pack?
- No document can promise that. We write readiness documentation from your answers, and we never audit, attest, or certify. Every customer sets its own bar.
- Who reads it before it reaches me?
- An AI model helps draft the documents we write. A human security professional reads every custom deliverable before it goes out. We say so on this page and in the terms.
- Can you do faster than five business days?
- Not at the moment. Check that five business days works for your customer's date before you order.
- Can I ask a question before I order?
- Yes. Email us, or ask for a quote through the inquiry form and we reply by email with a written quote.
- Do you take every order?
- We may decline an order before work starts, including for a conflict of interest or a list of AI questions licensed by its publisher, such as a SIG, or end one if we can't finish the work. If we do, you get a full refund.
